Finally instaled on my Jetta MK6!
1. If you have factory PDC OPS system you need this upgrade kitt: http://www.carsystems.pl/vw-golf-mk6-5k ... id649.html
2. If the car doesn't have PDC OPS system from factory, you have to buy this kitt:

My car have PDC OPS from factory.
The PLA 1.5 upgrade kitt contains:
- 2 x PLA sensors 1T0 9191 297A
- 2 x ring seal 1T0919133B
- 2 x PLA sensor holders (on carsystems seems they are from Touran - I used from CC 2012+ : 3C8 919 399 and 3C8 919 400)
- 1 X Park Assist button 1K0927123B REH
- 1 x PLA 1.5 unit 1T0919475P
- additional cables
On the bumpers, the SELF PARKING sensor position is provided during production. Drill 28-29mm holes for PLA holder sensors. They are fixed with adhesive tape wich is provided. This is the easy part. Changing the old PDC unit with the new Park Assist unit was very hard and very difficult. It took me about 2h.
The unit is located under the dashboard in the right of left wiper. Space acces is very limited.
The connections are similar with Golf 6. In the end:
a. Go to adress 44 Steering Assist - Adaptation - Installation Park Assist and change value from 2 to 1 b. Go to adress 10 Park/Steer Assist. I choose Golf Plus (Jetta doesn't appear as an option)
